Because all of our products are digital downloads and online educational materials, all sales are final.
No Refunds
Once your order has been completed and access to the digital product has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned after they have been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions
We may issue a refund only if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order.
- You did not receive access to your purchased product due to a technical issue on our side.
- We are unable to provide the purchased product.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Unauthorized Sharing
All products are licensed for personal use only.
Sharing, distributing, copying, uploading, or reselling any of our digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
